Engineering · Proof of work

We build the systems we run on.

Every system this agency runs on was designed, built and deployed by our own team. The website, the sales desk, the prospecting engine, the team app, the office screen and the accounts. All of it is in use today, alongside the client sites built the same way.

Chapter 01 — The public platform

The site is the first thing that has to work.

Our own site carries the work it is selling. Real footage of the network, a live billboard map, a quote form that reaches the sales desk, and an admin console behind all of it.

Nexus Execution

The agency’s own site, rebuilt from the ground up. The opening sequence is real footage of the network at night, tied to the scroll, so the billboards move past the viewer as they read.

  • Film that moves with the scroll. Built frame by frame so it stays smooth on a phone as well as a desktop.
  • Light or dark, chosen by the visitor and carried across every Nexus page from one shared file.
  • Enquiries land in the CRM, not in an inbox, so nothing waits on someone noticing an email.
  • Hosted on Cloudflare’s network, so it opens quickly wherever it is opened from.

Chapter 02 — Internal systems

One design system, one way of working.

Sales, prospecting, operations, the office screen and the accounts each run on their own application. They are built from one shared library, so they look and behave like one product and improve together.

Nexus CRM

The sales desk for two businesses at once, the agency and the real-estate brokerage, without splitting the team across two products. A switcher scopes every view to one side of the house.

  • Four pipelines. Agency work, OOH media, property buyers and developer partnerships, each with the stages that business actually uses.
  • A home screen for the salesperson. Today’s calls and follow-ups, in the order they should be made.
  • Everyone sees their own accounts. Leadership sees all of them. Access is settled on the server, so it holds wherever the app is opened.
  • Import two thousand companies in one pass, with duplicates merged as they arrive.
  • Reports that reconcile. Every figure is held exactly, down to the piastre.

Nexus CAS

The Client Acquisition System. It finds prospects, scores them, runs the outreach on email and WhatsApp, drafts the proposal and hands the qualified ones to the CRM.

  • One place from first contact to signed client. Sourcing, scoring, outreach, inbox, proposals and projects.
  • Outreach on email and WhatsApp together, paced so nobody is contacted more often than they should be.
  • Nothing leaves the building until it is approved. Campaigns rehearse in full before a single message sends.
  • Replies land in the same screen as the campaign that earned them, so a conversation is never lost between tools.

Nexus Ops

The app the whole company opens every morning. Task board, attendance, daily digest and activity log, sized for phones on site as much as for desks in the office.

  • Tasks shaped like real work. Several people on one job, several clients on one task, with files and comments kept on the card.
  • Attendance tied to the office, with times recorded on the server rather than taken from the phone.
  • Built for the nine o’clock rush, when the whole team checks in within the same few minutes.
  • Remote staff and interns sit outside attendance, by policy and in the code that enforces it.

Nexus Wallboard

The 65-inch screen on the office wall. Revenue against target, the leaderboard, the live feed and the open tasks, readable from across the room, with closed deals and new leads called out loud as they land.

  • Every figure refreshes together, so the board is always showing one moment in time rather than a mix of them.
  • Spoken announcements. A closed deal or a target milestone is read into the room, once, as it happens.
  • Company-wide figures, leadership only. The same access rules that scope the CRM apply to the board.
  • Built to be read across the room, with the type chosen so every figure stays unmistakable at six metres.

Nexus ERP

The books, rebuilt out of five spreadsheets. Cheques, expenses, contracts, salaries and owner accounts roll up into a profit and loss for every campaign.

  • Profit and loss per campaign. Sold, cost, margin and cheques in hand, on one line each.
  • Built to close the month. Anything still to be attributed sits in a queue to clear, so the month is finished rather than nearly finished.
  • Arabic and English throughout. The interface, the campaign names and the numerals all switch with the language.
  • Tested against the real system, not a stand-in, so the figures on screen are the figures it will produce.

Chapter 03 — Client work

The same discipline, on someone else’s brand.

Developers sell on atmosphere and on trust. Both of these sites were built to carry large renders at full width and still open quickly on a phone.

07 Client · Real estate Live

Scope Properties

A developer working across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use portfolios that had to sit under one roof without the site turning into a list.

  • An editorial opening. A render at full width under a high-contrast serif headline, with the navigation floating clear of it.
  • Every render is delivered at the size the screen needs, so the pages stay quick on any connection.
  • Each destination gets its own page and its own opening image, rather than a cell in a shared grid.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email stay reachable at any point on the page.

Saudi Group Developments

A Saudi–Egyptian developer with thirty-seven years of delivered work to show and a new flagship to sell. The site had to do both jobs at once.

  • The flagship gets its own section and its own register-interest path, while the completed portfolio carries the credibility behind it.
  • Light or dark, chosen by the visitor, and remembered between visits.
  • The identity is drawn once and used everywhere, so it stays sharp at any size and recolours with the theme.
  • A measured entrance. A brief branded opening, then the work. Visitors who prefer less motion go straight to the content.

How it holds together

Four layers, nothing written twice.

Layer 01

Brand

One file holds every colour, type size and spacing rule in the identity. Change it once and it changes across every screen.

Layer 02

Components

A shared set of parts that every app is assembled from, so an improvement made once arrives in all of them.

Layer 03

Apps

Each application builds and releases on its own, so work on one never holds up the others.

Layer 04

Hosting

Everything sits on Cloudflare’s global network with one database behind it. Fast from anywhere, with nothing for you to maintain.
