We process personal data in accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, where applicable to visitors located in the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: name, company name, email address, WhatsApp / phone number, project type, and any details you include in the brief field.
- Direct correspondence: the contents of emails, WhatsApp messages, calls or meetings you initiate with us.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) retained transiently by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. We do not aggregate this data into user profiles.
This site does not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking script. We do not place advertising cookies. If we change that in future we will update this policy and surface a consent banner before any tracking script loads.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry, scope a project and send you a proposal.
- To deliver and invoice for services you have engaged us for.
- To send you marketing communications about our work — only with your prior consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying with the word "unsubscribe" or emailing the address above.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, after which it is deleted unless we have an active commercial relationship that requires longer retention. Project deliverables and contracts are retained for the period required by Egyptian commercial and tax law (currently five years). Marketing-consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Our hosting and email-delivery providers, strictly to operate this website and respond to inquiries.
- Professional advisors (legal, tax, audit) bound by confidentiality.
- Government or regulatory authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under Egyptian PDPL (Law 151/2020) and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to retention obligations above.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
- Object to processing or request portability of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with the Egyptian Data Protection Centre or your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request". We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for all communication with this site. Data sent to our inboxes and CRMs is held under standard provider security controls. We follow the principle of least access internally — only the team members working on your engagement can see your data.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers (email, hosting, productivity software) operate outside Egypt, including in the EU and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
10. Contact
For any privacy-related question or to exercise a right above, email [email protected].
